Lovely stable yarn, did not shed whilst I was working with it. I purchased black and grey, both colours true to the description. I used it to crochet cats for Christmas presents for my nieces. I would buy this again.

I have never used a chenille product before but will never use it again. There is no movement in it, no stretch and impossible to sew with. kingcole is not the only company producing this yarn. Perhaps more guidance as to its uses would be helpful. I was asked to knit Gabby’s Knit Shrug for my grand daughter, an American pattern. I wonder if other knitters have had problems with chenille.

This wool knits up very quickly and has a lovely texture. However it is difficult to sew up and disintegrates as you go along. I’d recommend using short strands and a very large needle.
