I was making baby hats for hospital. Yes, this is baby soft and very pretty….pinky yardage for girls…..blue for boys. Using dbpts, I had a very hard time with doing ribbing. Tension, looked uneven, really did not want to continue. I would not consider this aran weight. The nylon in this may have been part of my problem.
