Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and replacements.
Process for Returns & Replacements
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or replacement request. Include your order number and reason for the request.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
For replacements, we will dispatch a new item once the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
Customized or personalized products.
Handmade products.
